Department of Business Administration

The curriculum of the Department of Business Administration is designed to develop managers and entrepreneurs who will be future leaders in business. Utilizing both theoretical analysis and case studies, students study how individuals, firms and societyat-large can be creative in meeting changing needs. In the first and second years, students are required to take introductory courses in management and accounting. In the third and fourth year, a wide variety of subjects are arranged in four model-courses (management, marketing, finance, and accounting) , so that students can easily find subjects in which they are interested. Management and marketing courses focus on issues relating to the management of companies. Finance courses deal with financial markets and wide-ranging issues related to financial markets. Accounting courses focus on developing an understanding of the principles and implementation of proper accounting practices.
