[Qualifications]
Candidate must meet ALL of the following criteria:
（１）Have an understanding of the Christian education and school philosophy of Tohoku Gakuin University
（２）Have a Ph.D. in the field of specialization
（３）Be a native speaker of English or native-level fluent speaker of English
（４）Have sufficient Japanese ability to fulfill administrative responsibilities
（５）Have an enthusiasm for teaching and researching within the Faculty of Letters, and a willingness to undertake administrative responsibilities including serving on various committees and contributing to the local community.

Salary and other benefits will be commensurate with the qualifications of the candidate, according to the regulations of T
ohoku Gakuin University.
