[Qualifications]
Candidate must meet ALL of the following criteria:
(1)Have an understanding of the Christian education and school philosophy of Tohoku Gakuin University
(2)Have a Ph.D. or equivalent qualifications in the field of specialization
(3)Have sufficient Japanese ability to fulfill administrative responsibilities
(4)Have an enthusiasm for teaching and researching within the Faculty of Letters, and a willingness to undertake administrative responsibilities including serving on various committees and contributing to the local community.

[Compensation]
Salary and other benefits will be commensurate with the qualifications of the candidate, according to the regulations of Tohoku Gakuin University.
The following benefit package is offered;
