State-of-the-art research facilities indispensable for advanced research activities are being developed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology research facility subsidies etc. Many research results have been obtained in each field of Mechanical Engineering.

Collaborative graduate school realizes advanced academic exchange

Introduction of “Collaborative Graduate School” that conducts research guidance of graduate students in collaboration with research institutes of the country and companies, with the aim of diversifying the research area and expanding the contents of research. The Graduate School of Engineering has a collaboration agreement with the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), and graduate students receive research guidance and conduct experiments at “AIST Tohoku Center” located in Miyagino Ward can do.
