This learning facility, located on the 2nd to 5th floors of the Schneider Memorial Hall, integrates a learning commons and a library. The learning commons on the 2nd and 3rd floors is a lively learning space suitable for group study and large-scale events, while the library on the 4th and 5th floors features a study lounge and reading areas, providing a quiet learning space ideal for individual study and reading. The library and learning commons are connected by an internal staircase.

The learning area includes group study rooms and booth seating reminiscent of a family restaurant, allowing for focused group discussions. There is also an academic support desk where students can seek advice if they encounter difficulties with their studies.

The library on the 4th and 5th floors is a quiet study area. The self-study lounge on the south side of the 4th floor has various types of concentration booths, making it an ideal study space for individual study and reading.
