Places where you can make a reservation

Itsutsubashi Campus

• 3F: Process Boxes (6 booths)
• 3F：グループスタディルーム（7部屋）

  *Reservations cannot be made through MYTG. Please apply at the information counter on the 3rd floor Itsutsubashi.
• 4F: Individual booths (16 booths)

Tsuchitoi Campus

• 1F: Process Boxes (6 booths)
• 2nd Floor: Group study rooms (2 rooms), group study areas (3 rooms)

Reservation start date

Reservations can be made through MYTG starting two weeks prior to use.

If there are vacancies on the day of your stay, you can use the service after completing the necessary procedures through MYTG.

Important notes regarding facility reservations

Usage time

You can apply to use the facilities for a maximum of 3 hours per location per day. If there are no other reservations after your usage period ends, you can extend your time. Please complete the extension procedure at the counter.

Classroom use

As this facility is intended to support students' learning outside of class hours, its use for classes and seminars will be limited to 2-3 times out of 15 classes per semester.

cancel

You can cancel your reservation on the day of the class at MYTG. To cancel, search for and select the reservation you wish to cancel under "Class Reservations," then select "Cancel" → "OK."

If you are late

Please note that your reservation will be cancelled if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time.

About the group study rooms at Itsutsubashi Campus

Reservations are limited to one per day (no limit after 5 PM). From 12 PM to 3 PM, group study rooms 3-7 are limited to use by multiple people. This rule does not apply during long holidays or on Saturdays.

This cannot be used for SPI tests administered by test centers.

Flow from facility reservation to use

1. Log in to MYTG.
2. From the classroom reservation section, select your classroom group and learning commons (Itsutsubashi or Tsuchitoi), and reserve your desired facility.
3. You will receive a notification from MYTG regarding the approval/denial of your reservation.
4. On the reserved date and time, pick up your equipment at the information counter on the floor of the facility you will be using, and then begin using the facility.

   *If you wish to use the individual booths on the south side of the 4th floor of Itsutsubashi Coratelier Library, please come to the information counter on the 3rd floor.

Regarding private rentals

Within the scope of the Tohoku Gakuin University Learning Commons Usage Regulations, you can apply for exclusive use of the facility for events, etc. If you wish to do so, please review the "Learning Commons Usage Regulations" before applying.

• Presentations and poster sessions conducted as part of classes and seminars.
• Symposiums, lectures, seminars, workshops, etc.

• During Colatelier's opening hours
  *Unlike regular reservations, there is no time limit.

How to apply

• Since your application requires review regarding the purpose of use, you must apply at least two weeks in advance. If you wish to use the facility, please print the application form below, fill in the required information, and submit it to the information counter.
