- Presentations and poster sessions conducted as part of classes and seminars.
*We request that you limit the use of this service in classes to approximately 2-3 times per semester. - Organizing symposiums, lectures, seminars, workshops, etc.

How to make a reservation at the facility
Please make a reservation through the facility reservation form or at the information counter.
Prohibitions
- Loud conversation
- Mobile phone calls and online meeting conversations outside of designated areas
- Eating and drinking outside designated areas
- Use of equipment not related to learning activities
- Unauthorized postings within the facility
- Various solicitation activities
- Unauthorized removal of installed or loaned equipment, etc.
- Other prohibited acts as announced in notices, etc.
