Our university has established a "Teaching Assistant (TA)" system to provide Graduate Schools with training opportunities for future teachers and researchers, as well as financial support (scholarships). Those interested should consult with their academic advisor in advance.
A Teaching Assistant (TA) is responsible for assisting with classes and other related activities, and performs the following duties:
- Doctoral students (first and second-year master's students) are involved in educational support tasks related to undergraduate courses.
Introduction to the Working Adult Student Grant Scholarship (Non-repayable)
Working professionals studying in this program are eligible for a grant-type scholarship (Economic Data Science Program Grant Scholarship for Working Professionals).
(Recipients of Tohoku Gakuin University grants and those working as teaching assistants are not eligible for this scholarship.)
