Submissions to the online suggestion box are restricted to university members only.

Things to keep in mind
When submitting a letter, please clearly state your name and student ID number (or faculty/staff ID number). The email address provided by the university will be automatically retrieved. However, we will not accept (or respond to) the following types of opinions and requests:
- Anything unrelated to this university or contrary to its purpose
- As a university, we consider the following to be true or likely to be true:
- Anything that violates public order and morals, laws and regulations, etc.
- Defamation, libel, or damage to the reputation or credibility of specific individuals or groups.
- Activities that are considered political or religious activities
- Those intended for commercial purposes or similar purposes.
- Anything that infringes on the copyrights, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights of this university or a third party.
