Sports facilities
The sports facilities include a gymnasium, a general sports field, and training camp facilities, each aiming to foster character development and physical fitness through sports, and to deepen understanding of sports. They are operated for multiple purposes, including regular classes and extracurricular activities, and are frequently used throughout the year for external competitions and other events. In 2001, the 56th National Sports Festival, Miyagi National Sports Festival, was held here.
