Sports Facility Usage Guide

Usage Procedure

1. For regular use, applications for use of the general sports ground and gymnasium must be submitted to the sports office by the 20th of the month prior to use. During long holidays, usage hours will change, so please check the notices. The decision on which groups will use the facilities is made by...
   1. class
   2. Sports clubs that regularly use
   3. Other athletic organizations
   4. General on-campus organizations
   5. External organizations
   The order in which they are determined is as follows.
   However, after the submission deadline, applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. For special use: If you wish to hold practice sessions on holidays or accept practice sessions from external groups, please submit a request to the Physical Education Office at least three days in advance (excluding Sundays and public holidays). If you are hosting a competition or other event organized by the student athletics federation, please consult with us as soon as possible.
3. For those wishing to use the general sports facility's accommodation facilities, please submit your application to the physical education office at least 10 days prior to your desired date of use.

   The user groups will be determined in the following order.
   Please note that the training facilities are extremely crowded during the summer and spring breaks, so a scheduling meeting may be held in advance. If you are forced to cancel your reservation or change your reservation time, please notify the physical education office immediately.
