Regarding the student tuition payment deferral system
The "Student Tuition Payment Deferral System" is a system that allows students who are unable to pay their tuition fees due to financial reasons or other unavoidable circumstances to have their payment deadline extended by applying at the Student Affairs Welfare Section. The tuition payment deferral application form requires the joint signature and seal of a guarantor.
