overview
subject
The Student Counseling Center is a general consultation service available to all current students of Tohoku Gakuin University and Graduate Schools, offering advice on student life. Please feel free to knock on the door. (We also accept consultations from family members, but the content will be limited to consultations regarding their children.)
Content of the consultation
University life is different from what you've experienced before; you'll be required to think and make decisions on your own more often. If you're in trouble or need advice, please feel free to come to the office.
The Student Counseling Center can help you discover new aspects and abilities within yourself, further develop your individuality, and take a step forward.
[For example, in situations like this]
- I have trouble interacting with people.
- I can't sleep at night, I feel restless and don't feel like doing anything.
- I can't concentrate on studying.
- I felt like such an insignificant person, and it made me sick.
- I'm not very good at speaking in front of people.
- Even when surrounded by many people, I feel lonely.
