How to make a reservation

- Book an appointment through the consultation form.
Student Counseling Room
For those using the consultation reservation form
- We strive to respond as quickly as possible, but if the time between your reservation date and your desired consultation date is short, we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you are in a hurry, we recommend making a reservation by phone or in person.
- After checking the reservation status, we will schedule a consultation date and contact you by phone or email from the Student Counseling Office.
- The personal information you provide on the reservation form will be used solely for reservation processing and will not be used for any other purpose.
Your privacy will be strictly protected. Consultations are free.
Our part-time counselors (certified psychologists and clinical psychologists) and part-time counselors (university faculty members) are available to assist you. If necessary, we will refer you to a part-time psychiatrist or other resources both inside and outside the university. Please feel free to contact us.
