Employment of international students
As Japanese companies become more internationalized, they are increasingly hiring international students, both in the capital and regional areas, with an eye on their language skills. However, demand is still low, making the job hunt tough.
The process for job hunting is basically the same as for other students, but before you start, keep in mind that you need to be able to communicate in Japanese well and understand the Japanese corporate structure well. It is also important to think concretely about your future plans, such as why you came to Japan to study, what you learned, why you want to work in Japan, and whether you intend to work in your home country.
