■Information science seminar (3rd year)
This course will teach you the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary for developing IoT (Internet of Things) systems, which are realized through the collaboration of mobile devices, sensors, home appliances, robots, web services, and other elements in an IoT environment where various "things" around us are connected to the internet.
■ Comprehensive Research (4th year students)
We conduct research on systems that utilize IoT (Internet of Things) devices with communication capabilities, such as sensors, mobile devices, home appliances, drones, and robots, to solve social and local issues.
Examples of specific themes are as follows:
- Evacuation support system that enhances disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities
- Life support system
- Elderly monitoring and support system
- Research on infrastructure technologies for building IoT systems that enable organic collaboration between people, things, and data.
