Curriculum Features

A curriculum that emphasizes practical exercises and utilizes the BYOD system.

Students' personal laptops are used for many lectures and practical sessions, both on and off campus. Wireless LAN service is also provided on campus.

Program education that ensures steady improvement.

In recent years, Python, a programming language widely supported in the engineering field, and R, a statistical and analytical tool favored by professionals, have been used extensively in this department's lectures (see table below). We aim to cultivate thorough programming skills throughout the four years of study.

Learning with peers through group work

We have a dedicated lecture room for group work. It is used for various lectures, including program development and discussions. Outside of lecture hours, students can freely use it with their classmates for studying, experiments, and other activities.
