The history and current status of reforms at Tohoku Gakuin University

At Tohoku Gakuin University, in order to fulfill its role as a higher education institution befitting its founding spirit of "emphasizing individual dignity and character development" based on the faith of "evangelical Christianity" of the Reformation, we are striving for a qualitative transformation in education and research while upholding tradition, and are continuously making various improvements and reforms, such as measuring and evaluating learning outcomes and providing comprehensive student support.

As a record of these efforts, we have compiled four reports to date, tracing the trajectory of reforms at our university and serving as a resource for future reforms.

"The History and Current Status of Reforms at Tohoku Gakuin University, Part IV," by President Nobuo Matsumoto, published March 31, 2019.
