Non-degree students
Application Guidelines for Non-Degree Students Taking University Courses in the 2026 Academic Year
This system expands learning opportunities for working adults and others who are not students of this university, and provides appropriate evaluation and credit for their learning achievements.
The study period is generally one year, and the maximum number of credits that can be earned during that period is 30.
Important Notes(Please be sure to read these)
- ① At our university, we encourage BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), and therefore, classes are conducted using personal computers and smartphones. (Classes are managed using the university's student portal site "MYTG" for things like attendance, checking for class cancellations and make-up classes, submitting comments, viewing materials, and class announcements.) We also anticipate that students may take classes at home using their computers as needed. For these reasons, please be aware that those wishing to enroll as non-degree students at our university must meet the following conditions: ① possess a portable personal computer and smartphone and be able to perform basic operations, and ② have an internet connection at home.
- ② The start dates and times for courses offered in the 2026 academic year will be finalized in early March. Please note that we cannot answer questions before then.
