Academic accommodations: Support for academic studies after enrollment (reasonable accommodations)

Support for academic studies after enrollment (reasonable accommodations) differs from the accommodations provided during the entrance examination. For questions or consultations regarding support for academic studies after enrollment, please contact the Admissions Office first. In particular, if you require support such as facility renovations, equipment installation, or special staffing arrangements, it may take a considerable amount of time to respond, or the university may not be able to accommodate your request. Therefore, please contact us as early as possible before the entrance examination (approximately four months before application) to ensure that support is provided in line with the start of classes.

To alleviate any anxieties you may have about enrolling at our university and to ensure you have the university life you desire, we believe it is essential that you thoroughly understand the learning opportunities available at our university before taking the entrance exam. We recommend that you attend an open campus event before considering taking the exam to tour the campus and see what the faculty/department you wish to enroll in looks like, and to ask faculty and staff about classes and other matters. We also have a consultation booth for students with disabilities at our open campus events, so please feel free to use it.

Procedures for support (reasonable accommodations) during studies after enrollment

Applications for academic support after enrollment must be submitted again at the Student Health Support Center's Student Support Office after enrollment (from April 1st onwards). Please check the university's website for details on the procedures.
