In this graduate school, new students receive general instructions about graduate studies and research ethics during the Graduate Schools immediately after enrollment, along with individual guidance from their academic advisors. During their first year, Graduate Schools create and submit a research plan based on their respective research themes, which must then be approved by the Graduate School Committee.

During the entrance examination

During the interview, we assess the students' research interests and determine their academic advisors based on the "research plan" submitted by each Graduate Schools.

First year

April

During the orientation for new students immediately after enrollment, they receive general instructions regarding Graduate Schools studies and matters concerning research ethics, and, with advice from their academic advisors, they decide on and register for their first-year courses. They then take their academic advisor's seminar to deepen their understanding of the latest trends in research in their field of specialization.

March

Each Graduate Schools prepares a research plan based on their respective research topic, submits it to their supervisor, and obtains approval from the Graduate School Committee.

2nd year

April	Each Graduate Schools continues to take the "Graduate School Thesis Guidance" course, which is taught by their academic advisor, as they did in their first year. Based on this guidance, they decide on and register for their courses in their second year.
september	I will present an interim report on my master's thesis. At the interim report meeting, I will receive guidance and advice from all faculty members of this graduate school, including my supervisor.
January	I will submit my master's thesis.
February	A final examination will be conducted, consisting of a thesis review and an oral examination, and a thesis review results report will be submitted. Based on these results, the Graduate School of Business Administration Committee and Graduate Schools Committee will decide on acceptance or rejection.

(1) Selection criteria

In accordance with the degree awarding policy of the Graduate Graduate School of Business Administration, the Master's degree examination in the Master's program will be conducted through a thesis review and an oral examination, based on the following four evaluation criteria.

1. ① Applicants are recognized as possessing a broad perspective, fundamental knowledge, and critical thinking skills in business administration (DP1).
2. ② The candidate is recognized as having expertise in several specific topics related to business administration (DP2).
3. ③ Candidates are recognized as possessing specialized and academically valuable knowledge on research topics related to management studies. Specifically, three requirements are emphasized: ① understanding of fundamental literature, ② consistency of argument, and ③ appropriateness of citation methods for literature and materials (DP2).
4. ④ The candidate is recognized as possessing the necessary knowledge, skills, and awareness as a researcher for conducting academic research in business administration and publishing the results (DP3).

(2) Review System

In this graduate school, for the dissertation examination, a dissertation review committee (one chief examiner and one co-examiner) is appointed, and the dissertation is reviewed and an oral examination is conducted. The review committee reports the results to the Graduate School Committee, and the decision on whether to accept or reject the dissertation is made after deliberation by the Graduate School Committee.
