1. Possessing a multifaceted perspective and fundamental knowledge related to various issues in human information science.
2. Possessing specialized knowledge and skills in human information science, and capable of theoretically and empirically analyzing various problems in their field of specialization.
3. Possessing specialized knowledge on research topics related to human informatics and being able to propose solutions to these problems.
4. The ability to write a research paper on a topic related to human informatics, utilizing specialized knowledge, and to publish the thought process and research results.

The Graduate Graduate School of Human Informatics, in order to achieve the learning outcomes stipulated in the degree awarding policy, organizes and implements a systematic and sequential curriculum in accordance with the following policies for the master's program.

1. With the primary objective of achieving learning outcome 1 as defined in the degree awarding policy, the core subject group consists of specialized subjects in three areas: social informatics, behavioral informatics, and life and informatics, from which students are required to select one as their major area.
2. With the primary objective of achieving learning outcome 2 as defined in the degree awarding policy, a group of foundational subjects consisting of a wide range of academic fields is provided, and students are also allowed to select subjects from areas other than the major areas mentioned above.
3. With the primary objective of achieving learning outcome 3 as defined in the degree awarding policy, "Human Information Science Seminar" is offered as a compulsory course in the first and second years, and necessary research guidance is provided.
4. The primary objective is to achieve learning outcome 4, as defined in the degree awarding policy, by conducting seminars led by multiple faculty members with different areas of expertise.
5. In research guidance, students will develop the skills necessary to become researchers through oral presentations and the writing of their master's theses.

The Graduate Graduate School of Human Informatics accepts applicants for its Master's program after confirming the following points.

1. Applicants must possess the fundamental knowledge of human information science necessary for studying this course, as well as a clear research plan.
2. Applicants must possess the motivation to acquire the specialized knowledge and research skills necessary for studying human information science in this program.

The Graduate Graduate School of Human Informatics awards the degree of "Doctor of Philosophy (Science)" to those who, in the doctoral program, acquire the required number of credits in accordance with the prescribed study method, receive the necessary research guidance, and are deemed to have achieved the following learning outcomes through the examination of their doctoral dissertation and final examination.

1. Possessing a multifaceted perspective and advanced knowledge of various issues in human information science.
2. Possessing advanced expertise and skills in human information science, and capable of theoretically and empirically analyzing various issues in their field of specialization.
3. Possessing specialized knowledge on research topics related to human informatics and being able to propose advanced solutions to these problems.
4. The ability to write papers on research topics related to human informatics, utilizing advanced specialized knowledge, and to publish the thought process and research results.

The Graduate Graduate School of Human Informatics in the doctoral program, acquire 12 credits in accordance with the prescribed study method, receive the necessary research guidance, and whose doctoral dissertation is reviewed and who have demonstrated the following learning outcomes through the final examination.

1. He possesses advanced and broad knowledge related to human information science.
2. Possesses the attitude and ability to approach academic and real-world issues from an original perspective.
3. Possesses independent research capabilities that can contribute to solving academic and real-world problems.

2. The primary objective of "thesis guidance" is to achieve learning outcome 3, as defined in the degree awarding policy.
3. With the primary objective of achieving learning outcome 4 as defined in the degree awarding policy, research guidance will be provided through oral presentations and doctoral dissertation writing, fostering the advanced abilities necessary for a researcher.
