Qualifications that can be obtained
- Radio Operator License
- 1st class athletics special
- 3rd class maritime special
- Electrical Chief Engineer License (Class 1, Class 2, Class 3) (License obtained through practical experience after graduation)
- Eligibility to take the Class 2 Electrician's License Examination (Written Examination Exemption)
- Telecommunications Chief Engineer (Requires completion of designated subjects; only the "Telecommunications Chief Engineer" examination is waived)
- Eligibility to take the Class A Hazardous Materials Handler examination
