Methods of communicating with students

In principle, notifications and communications from the university to students will be made through MYTG. Please also check the university website and bulletin boards on campus.

Tohoku Gakuin Portal "MYTG"

"MYTG" is a website designed to support the student life of our university students. University announcements and notices are sent to individual pages on the portal site, allowing students to check the information from any computer or mobile phone connected to the internet, both on and off campus.

Regarding messages and summonses from people outside the university

Students may receive requests from family members, relatives, or friends to call, fax, or email students or pass on messages. However, our university does not respond to calls or requests for assistance during classes, nor do we respond to inquiries regarding students' personal information.

However, there are exceptions in urgent cases such as unforeseen accidents or tragedies involving family members.

Handling of mail

Mail addressed to student organizations is kept in the mailbox at the Student Affairs Office (Student Welfare Section), so please ensure that the person in charge of each organization checks it at least once a day.
