Regulations for the Tohoku Gakuin University 90th Anniversary Memorial Hall

(Purpose)

Article 1
  1. These regulations stipulate the necessary matters concerning the operation of the Tohoku Gakuin University 90th Anniversary Memorial Hall (hereinafter referred to as the "Memorial Hall"), which is established by Tohoku Gakuin University (hereinafter referred to as "the University") as a place for socializing among faculty, staff, and students, and as a venue for educational and research activities.

(Administrator)

Article 2
  1. The administrator of the memorial hall shall be the president of this university.

(Delegation of operational duties)

Article 3
  1. The university president may delegate the duties related to the operation of the memorial hall to the head of student affairs.
  2. The president will appoint one director and several staff members to the memorial hall to handle the administrative affairs of the memorial hall's operation.

(Memorial Hall Management Committee)

Article 4
  1. A Memorial Hall Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee") will be established to discuss the operation of the memorial hall.

(Committee organization)

Article 5
  1. The committee shall consist of the following faculty, staff, and student representatives:
    1. Faculty and staff: Dean of Students, Head of Student Affairs, and Director of the Memorial Hall
    2. Students: Student Council Standing Committee Chairperson, 2 Standing Committee Members

(Conscription)

Article 6
  1. The committee shall be convened and chaired by the Dean of Student Affairs in any of the following cases:
    1. When the Dean of Students deems it necessary.
    2. When requested by more than one-third of the committee members.

(Agenda matters)

Article 7
  1. The committee will discuss the following matters:
    1. Matters concerning the use of the memorial hall
    2. Other matters deemed necessary for the operation of the memorial hall.

(Purpose of use)

Article 8
  1. The memorial hall shall be used for the following events and activities:
    1. Social events for faculty, staff, and students of this university.
    2. Educational and research activities of faculty, staff, and students of this university, as well as regular events.
    3. Events hosted by our university
    4. Other events deemed appropriate after deliberation by the committee and approved by the Dean of Students.

(Use of facilities and equipment)

Article 9
  1. The use of the memorial hall's facilities and equipment will be determined separately.

(Revision/Abolition)

Article 10
  1. Any amendment or repeal of these regulations shall be carried out by the President after deliberation by the Committee and the Student Committee, and shall be subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
Supplementary provisions
These regulations shall come into effect on April 1, 1978.
