Agreement on credit transfer between Tohoku Gakuin Graduate Schools Graduate School of Law and Hokkai Gakuen Graduate Schools Graduate School of Law

The Graduate School of Law at Tohoku Gakuin Graduate Schools and Graduate School of Law at Hokkai Gakuen Graduate Schools hereby agree that Graduate Schools students from both schools may take courses at the other school and earn credits, and the following matters are agreed upon:
- Permission to attend the lecture
- Both graduate schools shall, upon request, allow students from the other graduate school to take courses offered by the other graduate school and to obtain credits for those courses, provided they follow the prescribed procedures.
- Course subjects
- Courses that students are permitted to audit are those offered in the current academic year, for which the auditing student has obtained approval from their academic advisor, which has been approved by the Dean of the Graduate School, and which has also been approved by the relevant Graduate School Committee.
- Number of units
- The number of credits earned by each student shall not exceed 10 credits.
- status
- Tohoku Gakuin Graduate Schools Graduate School of Law shall accept students from Hokkai Gakuen Graduate Schools Graduate School of Law as specially commissioned auditing students, and Hokkai Gakuen Graduate Schools Graduate School of Law shall accept students from Tohoku Gakuin Graduate Schools School of Law as specially commissioned auditing students.
- Number of people accepted
- The number of participants is limited to five per year.
- Acceptance procedures
- The application guidelines will be issued at the beginning of each academic year.
- Notification of grades and recognition of credits
- Both graduate schools shall notify the other graduate school at the end of the academic year of the credits and grades for courses taken by specially commissioned auditing students or specially auditing students, and the recognition of acquired credits shall be carried out by the graduate school in which the student is enrolled.
- Examination fees, admission fees, and course fees, etc.
- Examination fees, admission fees, and tuition fees for specially commissioned auditing students or specially auditing students will not be collected by either graduate school.
- Administrative tasks, etc.
- Any matters necessary for the implementation of this agreement shall be handled through consultation between the two graduate schools.
- Period of validity of the agreement
- This agreement shall be valid for five years from April 1, 2002, and may be renewed or amended by mutual agreement of both graduate schools.
