Tohoku Gakuin University Student Activities Guidance Policy

Extracurricular activities for students should be guided in accordance with the educational objectives outlined in the Fundamental Law of Education and the School Education Law, as well as the university's own educational policies.
Even if a student activity has been approved, it should be reviewed if it is deemed inconvenient from the standpoint of managing campus facilities, or if it deviates from the scope of research and discussion and may disrupt order on campus.
In guiding student activities, democratic and fair procedures should be followed, while respecting the personal interaction between teachers and students.
