Completion Requirements

Students must be enrolled for at least two years, acquire a total of 30 or more credits, and, in the case of the Law Research course, acquire at least 2 credits in introductory courses and at least 8 credits in seminar courses, submit a master's thesis, and pass its examination and final test; in the case of the Tax Law course, acquire at least 2 credits in introductory courses, at least 4 credits in general and applied lectures, and at least 6 credits in seminar courses, submit a master's thesis, and pass its examination and final test; and in the case of the Career Development course, acquire at least 2 credits in introductory courses, at least 8 credits in general and applied lectures, and at least 6 credits in seminar courses, submit a research paper, and pass its examination and final test. However, up to 10 credits out of the total 30 credits may be selected and taken from courses in other graduate schools or undergraduate programs with the approval of the main academic advisor.

Completion Requirements

Students must be enrolled for at least three years, acquire 12 credits in coursework (8 credits for seminars and 4 credits for thesis guidance), receive necessary research guidance under the supervision of a faculty advisor, submit a doctoral dissertation, and pass its examination and final examination. However, the period of enrollment may be shortened if the student is recognized as having achieved outstanding research results.
