Graduate School of Law aims to cultivate a wide range of human resources, including professional practitioners, business people who utilize their advanced expertise, working professionals with advanced expertise, and researchers, thereby contributing to the progress of society.
2. Three courses tailored to your purpose
Our graduate school's master's program offers a "Legal Studies Course" for those aiming to become researchers, as well as a "Tax Law Course" and a "Career Development Course" for those seeking to acquire advanced specialized knowledge.
- Exemption from subjects in the Certified Tax Accountant Examination
- Those aiming to take the Certified Public Tax Accountant Examination can receive thorough instruction in the "Tax Law Course," acquire the necessary credits, and if their master's thesis, written after the course, is approved by the National Tax Council, they can be exempted from two of the three tax law subjects in the Certified Public Tax Accountant Examination. Our graduate school has been building a track record year after year through the guidance of full-time faculty members and practicing practitioners.
- Obtaining professional qualifications
- Those aiming to obtain qualifications such as judicial scrivener, social insurance labor consultant, or administrative scrivener can deepen their specialized knowledge through writing research papers in the "Career Development Course." This allows them to prepare for exams while simultaneously improving their skills after obtaining the qualification.
- Career advancement and skill improvement
- Those who already possess specialized knowledge in law or politics, or those seeking a second career after retirement, can use the "Career Development Course" to write research papers and update or refine their knowledge.
3. Others
Our graduate school faculty covers the major areas of law and political science. To ensure that working professionals feel at ease, the Dean himself is in charge of "Academic Skills," lecturing on the proper conduct of research activities. In addition, each student is assigned a primary and secondary supervisor who provide support not only in research but also in career development. Furthermore, our graduate school employs a group guidance system, ensuring that students have the opportunity to receive guidance from all faculty members across different specialties through thesis presentation sessions.
