I was drawn to the word "coexistence."
During high school, I was drawn to the word "coexistence" without fully understanding it. I was also interested in the issue of NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).
I chose Department of Co-existing Society Studies because I wanted to learn about coexistence between people, and coexistence in a broad sense. I thought that in this department I could study various social issues and develop the ability to analyze them from an economic perspective.
In the future, I would like to broaden my horizons to include overseas opportunities. I hope to visit various countries, experience different cultures, absorb as much as I can, and use that knowledge to benefit my future. I also aspire to work on policies for coexistence and address issues such as NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) from an economic perspective.
I'm so glad I chose "coexistence"! Here's why...

It's incredibly fulfilling!
I'm enjoying my studies, of course, but I'm also having a great time with my friends, and I'm so glad I came to this university! I'm so glad I chose Department of Co-existing Society Studies! I feel that way every day. I'm truly fulfilled!
Studying is fun!
I feel like I'm finally able to study what I wanted to. Not only are the specialized subjects in my department interesting, but the general education courses are also fascinating. There are so many things that make me think, "Ah, I see!"
