Participants will volunteer or gain work experience at one of the following facilities: a senior care facility, a hospital, or the Ronald McDonald House Sendai. They will deepen their understanding of the facility, including the types of work performed, the purpose of the facility, and the types of people who use it. In addition, they will hone their empathy skills through interaction with people at the facility and consider what is necessary as a working adult. Pre-training will include experiencing what it's like to be disabled.
